Agreement – Terms and Conditions

All purchases of services or products through AirMail Chemist are governed by our Terms of Sale Agreement. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. If you do not wish to accept our Terms of Sale, please do not purchase any services or products through our site.

Purchases

When you click on the "SUBMIT" or similar button on a product or service screen, you agree to purchase the products and services indicated, in accordance with the terms and conditions included on the relevant screens, and in accordance with this agreement.

Waiver & Limitation of Liability

You hereby acknowledge that the warranty provided herein and the accompanying obligations and liabilities of AirMail Chemist are exclusive, and you hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, whether or not occasioned by negligence.

You acknowledge by your use of products that your use of the products and any reliance upon them is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the products.

AirMail Chemist has priced its services upon the understanding — and you hereby acknowledge — that AirMail Chemist will not be responsible or liable for any form of consequential, incidental, statutory, punitive, exemplary, or indirect damages of whatever kind or type arising from any type of commercial, business, environmental, tort, warranty, contract, strict liability, or other causes arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any product and/or its use.

You agree to follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any product ordered from the site.

You agree not to join in any lawsuit with another person or serve as a class representative of any class action lawsuit against AirMail Chemist arising out of your purchase or use of products ordered via this site.

About Our Service

AirMail Chemist is a concierge service. AirMail Chemist is NOT a pharmacy. AirMail Chemist is not reselling products/medicines but providing a service at fees that include the cost of product, local management, shipping and handling.

Terms & Conditions

AirMail Chemist will only supply products under these Terms and Conditions, which are conclusive and non-negotiable.

AirMail Chemist assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance and prescription of a licensed physician.

AirMail Chemist takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements, including any prescription requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped:

At the full risk of the purchaser.
In agreement of holding AirMail Chemist reserved towards any legal action that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.

Purchaser warrants that they hold AirMail Chemist free of any and all legal action and prosecution. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated or attempted by law enforcement and government agents and/or their agencies.

Purchaser affirms they are of legal age and capacity.

AirMail Chemist does not offer medical advice; all information is supplied on an educational basis and should not be construed to replace that of a physician. All translations are offered on a best effort basis. Where applicable, in accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, material is distributed without profit to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving the information for research and educational purposes.

AirMail Chemist will fully guarantee delivery only if all below conditions are met:

A valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with shipment.
The purchaser has provided correct shipping information.
Import laws in the destination country allow import of the ordered product.

AirMail Chemist takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries, or product damage caused by the Postal Service.

If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be misdelivered and/or returned to sender. AirMail Chemist takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this misdelivery.

Customer/purchaser accepts that shipments may be delayed due to various postal conditions for a total transit time of up to 10 weeks. Customer/purchaser will not make any claims (including reshipment and chargebacks) on an order before 20 days have passed since the order was originally shipped.

Prices are subject to change according to international currency rates and changes in cost prices without further notice.

Availability of products is subject to change without further notice.

AirMail Chemist takes no responsibility for dispatch delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does AirMail Chemist take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.

In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-salable condition.

In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by AirMail Chemist, products will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is provided.

For any type of payment used to pay for an order, the customer agrees not to make disputes or claims on payment for situations as described in sections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11), or for any other reasons that would violate any other term and condition in this Disclaimer. Any chargeback, dispute, or payment claim that is attempted in contradiction of this Disclaimer is considered fraudulent. In addition, any future orders with AirMail Chemist will be refused completely.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AirMail Chemist completely harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the products purchased via the site.

AirMail Chemist reserves the right to only process and ship orders if the following Terms and Conditions are accepted with a confirmed agreement from the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to adhere to all these company regulations when placing an order with us.

Use of this site and service indicates that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Information

Shipping: 5–24 working days (Mon–Fri)

We process your order immediately on the same day we receive it. In the majority of shipments, 5–24 working days (Mon–Fri) is the normal time for your order to arrive. However, once we have processed your order and dispatched it, we have no control over the shipment, and any delay is outside of our control.

If there are any delays, we will keep you informed. Please order early to allow for potential postal delays.

Reshipping Terms

Free Reshipping Applies To:

If an error occurred while packaging your order.
Incorrect Product Received — Please take a photo of the item you received with your name on the envelope and tracking number, and send it to us by email.
Received short pills.
Packages held by customs — In the unlikely event your order is stopped at customs and you don't receive it, they will send you a customs letter stating they have seized your package. Please don't be alarmed at this and do not reply. After receiving the customs letter, simply scan or photograph the document and email it to us at jameseffel@protonmail.com. We will then resend your order free of charge, or if you prefer, we will refund your money immediately including postage charges.

We greatly value your patronage. This is a service we offer to ease any doubts and to gain your trust so that you will remain a client of ours for many years to come. We reserve the right to reship or refund free of charge only one time.

Reshipping Does NOT Apply To:

Packages not collected by customer for whatever reason.
Packages with incorrect address provided by customers.
Any errors from the customer's side.
