If by some remote chance the items you have received are not what you ordered, and have been sent out by mistake by our suppliers.

Packages Held by Customs
If in the unlikely event your order is stopped at customs and you don't receive it, they will send you a customs letter stating they have seized your package.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: DO NOT answer the customs letter!
They cannot prove at customs that you have ordered this item. After a period of time when you don't reply, they will simply dispose of the package and will not contact you again.
What to do after receiving a customs letter:
- 1 Scan or photograph the customs document you have received.
- 2 Email it to us at jameseffel@protonmail.com.
- 3 We will then re-ship your order free of charge. You will only need to pay for the shipping charge.
If you don't have a scanner, you can easily take a photo with your phone and send it to us as an email attachment.
📝 Note: If you do not pay for the reshipping fee, we will deduct 25% from the amount of pills in your reshipped order. If you prefer, we will refund your money less any shipping charges immediately.
